Breakthrough in Electronic ADS Shock & Air Suspension Control Component Production Capacity

We are pleased to announce a major production capacity upgrade targeting electronic ADS shock absorbers and air suspension core control components, responding to fast-growing global demand for high-end luxury vehicle aftermarket parts.

In recent years, faults on electronic adaptive damping shocks, air suspension compressors, air spring bags and solenoid valve blocks have become the most common maintenance items for premium European vehicles including Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche and Rolls-Royce. To shorten lead times and stabilize product quality, our factory completed upgrades on two automated production workshops dedicated to ADS electronic shock assemblies and air suspension valve blocks this month.

The upgraded workshops adopt fully automated CNC machining, robot assembly and digital signal testing equipment. Representative products benefiting from the capacity expansion include front left ADS electronic struts for BMW F02/F07, R172 electronic shock absorbers for Mercedes SLK/SLC, rear ADS air struts for Rolls-Royce Cullinan, and Audi multi-model air suspension solenoid valve block 4N0616013 series. Meanwhile, our production line for commercial van air springs (Mercedes W639) and cross-platform SUV air struts (Cayenne/Touareg/Q7) also added new semi-automatic crimping machines to improve air spring tightness consistency.

Quality control standards have been further tightened: every electronic shock absorber must complete real-time ADS signal matching testing; all air suspension valve blocks pass 500,000-cycle solenoid durability testing; each air spring undergoes 30-minute high-pressure air leakage inspection before packaging. After the upgrade, monthly output of electronic shock assemblies increased by 60%, while air suspension valve block production capacity doubled. Our stock inventory of all hot-selling OE part numbers is maintained at sufficient levels to support fast 1–7 days delivery for global orders.

For overseas partners, the capacity upgrade brings tangible advantages: shorter bulk order lead times, more stable batch product quality, and more competitive factory-direct pricing for one-stop bulk procurement. Our technical team also launched free remote technical support services, providing installation calibration guidance for complex products such as air suspension compressors and solenoid valve blocks for repair shop clients across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. The company plans to roll out more technical service tutorials and vehicle compatibility catalogs in multiple languages to support cross-border e-commerce retailers and offline wholesale distributors.
