A:Our stabilizer bars are designed for enhanced vehicle handling and ride stability. Made from high-tensile 60Si2Mn spring steel, they undergo full heat treatment (quenching & tempering) to ensure superior fatigue resistance — up to 30% higher than OEM standards in real-world testing. We offer both direct-fit replacement models and performance-upgraded versions for tuning applications. All bars are precisely bent and tested for dimensional accuracy, with anti-corrosion coating for long-term durability in harsh environments.
Q2:Do your products meet international standards?
A:Yes. Our manufacturing processes are certified under IATF 16949:2016, and we comply with ISO 14001, ISO45001 . All critical components undergo material certification (MTC), hardness testing, salt spray resistance and fatigue testing. We can provide full test reports — including chemical composition, mechanical properties, and performance data — for audit or customer review.
Q3:Can you provide sample test reports?
A: Absolutely. While we can’t share live reports due to confidentiality, I can send you a redacted sample report that shows the format, test items, and data structure. This includes:
